Shipping & Returns

By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. 

Shipping
All our products have free shipping. There won't be extra costs. Shipping locations and speed:

  • USA between 10 and 15 days
  • Europe between 13 and 18 days
  • Asia and Oceania between 15  and 20 days

We are unable to ship our products to a P.O. Box, APO, FPO, logistic services providers.

To ship to multiple addresses:
If you want to ship to different addresses, please place a separate order for each delivery address.

Change of delivery address:
We are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Tracking notifications:
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment.

Orders damaged in transit:
In the unfortunate event that you receive your order and find that it was damaged in transit, please contact us. (hello@tewun.com).

Returns
We accept returns on full price as long as you submit your request within 30 days from the product delivery date. The order returned should be intact, unused, unwashed end in its original condition. Altered items may not be returned.
Shipping is free on returns.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued within 7 to 12 business days. Your bank or credit card institution may take up to 2 weeks to acknowledge the credit after we process the refund.

Cancellations 
If you change your mind, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
